Books provide in-depth coverage of a specific topic. They may not include current information on a topic as the writing and publishing process takes time. The Library owns print, audio, and electronic book collections.

The Library owns six eBook collections. Use your email username and password to access them off-campus. The collections most relevant for you are:
Print books are shelved upstairs in the Library by subject area. Each book has a label attached to the spine with an alphanumeric code, known as the call number The following suggests the call number ranges for this program:
T 351 - 385: Mechanical drawing. Engineering graphics
TA 213 - 215: Engineering machinery; tools, and implements
TA 401 - 492: Materials of engineering and construction; Mechanics of materials
TJ 1125 - 1345: Machine shops and machine shop practice
TK 4601 - 4661: Electric heating
TN 600 - 799: Metallurgy
TS 200 - 770: Metal manufactures; Metalworking
TT 205 - 267: Metalworking
