Select "Advanced Search" on the landing page. Enter the name of the company in the 'company/organization' box. Click "Search". You are looking for reports from Hoover's Company Records.
Click on "search under US Businesses, then "additional filters". In the filter column on the left, you might try checking 'headquarters/branch' under Ownership and/or 'ticker symbol' under Financial Data. Once you have set the search parameters, click on the "view results" button.
