Week of Welcome (WOW)

The RichmondCC Library welcomes all returning and new students for the 2016 - 2017 academic year! This week we will be co-hosting several events and workshops with the Academic Success Center during our Week of Welcome celebration. Stop by the Learning Resources Center, better known as the LRC, today and tomorrow between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm to grab some cool treats. Candy more your style? Sign-up for Padlet to participate in the LRC Treasure Hunt. Post a photo of your discoveries to our treasure map and be entered into a drawing for a bookstore gift card!  

We will be providing a Basic Computer Skills workshop on Tuesday, August 24th at 5:00 pm and Wednesday, August 25 at 1:00 pm in the Academic Success Center (Room 100). Not only is this workshop FREE, but there will be a drawing for a door prize. If you are unsure of computers - turning them on, using the keyboard, finding important links, etc. - then this class is for you!
